BAHR Pre-conference Discussion | Nordic and Continental perspectives on court assistance in arbitration

In coordination with the 2024 Norwegian Arbitration Day in Oslo, for the second year in a row, BAHR is hosting its pre-conference event where speakers from each of the major Scandinavian arbitral institutions, as well as ICC, will provide a comparative overview of Nordic and Continental perspectives on court assistance in arbitration.

The panel will be comprised of:

• Moderator: Steffen Pihlblad (DIA)

They will share their experiences with utilising interim measures available to commercial parties in international arbitration, including war stories and strategic insights.

Networking reception with lunch will follow the discussion prior to walking to the University of Oslo for those attending Norwegian Arbitration Day (20 min. walking distance).
