BAHR awarded four honors at the Managing IP Awards EMEA 2024

At the Managing IP Awards EMEA ceremony in London on 11 April 2024, BAHR won the coveted Norway Patent Disputes Firm of the Year recognition for 2024, emerging as the winner from a strong shortlist.

BAHR received two further special awards, together with the law firms working on these matters in other jurisdictions, as Europe Patent & Regulatory Team of the Year for the team’s work on the Biogen (Tecfidera) against generics matter, and as European Cross-Border Patent Litigation Team of the Year for its work on the Bristol-Myers Squibb (Apixaban) against generics matter. In addition, BAHR partner Eirik Basmo Ellingsen was named as the inaugural Norway Rising Star of the Year.
