New changes to the Norwegian Code of Practice for Corporate Governance

The Norwegian Corporate Governance Board (NCGB) published a revised version of the Norwegian Code of Practice for Corporate Governance (the Code) on 17 October 2018. It is recommended that companies are applying the updated Code from and including the annual report for 2018.
