Harald is an economist, primarily providing economic advice on competition matters. As the only economist working within a Norwegian private practice competition team, Harald is a fully integrated member of the BAHR competition team. With over 25 years of experience working on competition matters at BAHR, the Norwegian Competition Authority, and in consulting, Harald has a deep knowledge of competition economics and extensive experience in providing advice on merger control matters, as well as in antitrust cases. Harald also frequently provides advice in civil law disputes, particularly related to the calculation of damages claims and the assessment of counterfactual scenarios. Harald is recommended in WWL Competition Economists 2023.
