Technology | Cybersecurity in practice – evolving threats, new rules and personal liability for directors and executives
As the digital landscape rapidly evolves, organisations face an increasing number of cyber threats. NIS2 was introduced to address these challenges by enhancing cybersecurity measures and protecting vital infrastructure. Under the new rules, management bodies will be responsible for approving cybersecurity measures, overseeing implementation, and may be held personally liable for breaches.
This seminar is therefore aimed at leaders and personnel responsible for cybersecurity in affected entities. We aim to provide a practical approach to NIS2 and the insights needed to understand the importance of these new rules.
Following the positive feedback from our previous seminar in May, hosted by BAHR and Omny, we are pleased to invite Omny back for a deeper discussion on implementing NIS2. Additionally, the Norwegian National Security Authority (NSM) will provide updates on the yet to be implemented Cybersecurity Act, Norway’s progress, and NSM’s work with NIS2.
Join us to gain a comprehensive understanding of how to adapt your organisation’s cybersecurity strategy to evolving threats and new rules.
We invite you to stay for light food and refreshments after the seminar.
