BAHR advises Spacemaker in US$ 240 million sale to Autodesk

Spacemaker, the Norwegian-based technology company that delivers AI-based software which helps teams to collaborate, analyze and design better real estate sites, has together with all of its shareholders entered into a definitive agreement with Autodesk, Inc. (Nasdaq: ADSK) for Autodesk to acquire Spacemaker for US$ 240 million. The sale to Autodesk, the maker of “software for people who make things”, marks the end of the “start-up era” for Spacemaker as it joins one of the leading software technology companies in the world.

BAHR has advised Spacemaker almost since its inception and also in this transforming transaction. We are very happy to have played a minor role in the journey of Spacemaker, and wish it and Autodesk all the best for the future.
