BAHR has assisted HitecVision with the sale of Ocean Installer to Moreld.

Ocean Installer was founded by HitecVision in 2011 and quickly established itself as a major player in the subsea installation market for offshore energy and renewables.

BAHR has been HitecVision´s legal advisor throughout the process. The BAHR team was headed by Anne Dahl Frisak, and team members also included Thomas K. Svensen, Beret Sundet and Kristian Madsen Lund.
