BAHR has assisted in connection with the sale of Maersk Supply Service to DOF Group

BAHR has, together with the Danish law firm Gorrissen Federspiel, advised A.P. Moller Holding in connection with its sale of Maersk Supply Service to the Oslo-listed DOF Group ASA for a total consideration of approximately USD 1,112 million, based on DOF’s share price as of the close on 28 June 2024. The valuation is based on a gross asset value of USD 1,319 million. The consideration is partly payable in cash and partly in the form of approximately 59 million new shares in DOF.

Through this transaction, DOF acquires a total of 22 offshore vessels, increasing its total owned vessels to 65, and will become one of the largest oil services companies listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Maersk Supply Services’s fleet operates globally, including in East Canada, West Africa, and Asia, and offers a range of services.
