BAHR represents A/S Norske Shell in the Norwegian Supreme Court

BAHR represents A/S Norske Shell in the Norwegian Supreme Court this week. The case concerns the allocation of research and development costs between A/S Norske Shell and the Shell Group pursuant to the arm’s length principle. The case is of great importance to the operators on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

The oreal hearing is conducted digitally with both justices and counsels attending via video link due to the Covid-19 situation.

The matter underscores BAHR’s leading position in tax disputes in the oil- and gas industry.
