Carl Andreas is a member of BAHR’s Ocean group. He has extensive experience in advising shipping clients in a broad range of matters, working mainly for clients in the offshore and wind industry. Carl focuses on transactions, newbuilding projects, project financing and corporate and structural assessments. Carl also has broad experience from advising on general corporate tax issues and has in depth knowledge about the Norwegian tonnage tax system, assisting clients within a broad range of industries with tax disputes, transaction structuring and other tax aspects related to mergers, acquisitions and disposals.
