Christian is heading BAHR’s Real Estate practice in Denmark, and he focuses on transactions (M&A real estate), project development and asset management.

Christian advises on all types of transactions and projects within all segments of real estate, including living, office, hotels, logistics/light industrial, retail etc. Moreover, Christian has vast experience working with data centers on behalf of landowners, developers and investors. Christian has also advised on the formation and execution of several joint ventures and other types of collaboration agreements and structures between investors/sponsors and developers/operating partners.

Clients are typically among the largest and most active international investors/sponsors, domestic pension funds, family offices, operating partners (GPs) and developers.

He is among the most active real estate lawyers in Denmark in the past +10 years, and has worked on some of the largest and most complex transactions and projects in the industry.

Christian is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Copenhagen from 2014 and has been a lawyer since 2017. He joined BAHR in 2026.​
