Christian is a partner with our Asset Management and Private Equity group. His principal areas of work are in private M&A, investments, joint ventures and commercial contracts. He has extensive experience with advising investment funds as well as Norwegian and international industrial groups in connection with transactions and various corporate and contractual matters.
Christian also works with seed capital, venture capital and corporate finance, and is advising start-up companies and venture capital funds on both legal and strategic matters.
