Christoffer’s principal area of work is in private M&A, with a particular focus on private equity. He frequently advises private equity funds on many of the largest and most complex transactions in the Nordics. He also often advises private equity funds and their portfolio companies on roll-ups in the Nordics.​

Christoffer has been a lawyer since 2008 and joined BAHR in 2026. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo. He is ranked as leading and recommended individual in international rankings, including Chambers and Legal 500.
