Eirik is the head of BAHR’s IP practice and deputy head of BAHR’s Technology group. Eirik has substantial experience with IP disputes and litigation. He is an eminent patent litigator and has acted as lead counsel on high profile cases in recent years, representing major innovator pharmaceutical companies and international clients in aquaculture and energy technologies. Eirik’s practice is primarily focused on contentious matters and strategic advice relating to IP and technology, including licensing, technology development, and technology transfers, as well as the acquisition and divestment of technology companies. He advises Norwegian and international clients within a range of sectors, including life sciences, energy, fisheries and aquaculture, IT and digital innovation. Eirik is also a guest lecturer in patent law at the University of Oslo.
