Inglin is a specialist partner in BAHR’s Energy practice group, with a strong focus on contracting and advisory work for renewable energy, hydrogen and CCS projects. She was seconded to Aker Horizons in 2023 to assist in developing the company’s hydrogen portfolio, and previously served as General Counsel for Aker Offshore Wind in 2021.
Her recent project experience spans green hydrogen and power-to-X, CCS and offshore wind, including advising on contracting strategy, joint development agreements, joint venture structures, offtake contracts and carbon storage contracts. She has particular expertise in building complex value chains in emerging markets, including transportation, storage and offtake arrangements for CCS and hydrogen projects.
She has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating EPC, construction and supply contracts, including under standard industry formats such as NTK, FIDIC and NS. She has advised on several CCS construction projects for Aker Carbon Capture and for several hydrogen projects for, inter alia, Aker Horizons.
