Joachim Funariu is a Stockholm-based partner in BAHR’s Private M&A group. He specialises in private M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions. Joachim has extensive experience from complex transactions and advises domestic and international private equity sponsors and corporates clients on acquisitions and divestments, equity investments, joint ventures, and carve-outs, across a wide range of industries.
