Johanna Wärnberg is a partner in BAHR’s Private M&A group and has broad experience from advising Nordic and international private equity and industrial clients in acquisitions, exit processes, restructurings, carve-outs, and joint ventures. She has advised clients in various complex transactions in both the large and mid-cap segments, as well as in equity financing rounds.
Wärnberg is regularly involved in infrastructure projects and investments in new green technology, including wind farms, electric vehicle charging stations and solar energy as well as advises clients with regard to the Swedish protective security regulatory framework. Wärnberg also has extensive knowledge of cross-border transactions and has worked with M&A practices both in Finland and Sweden.
Wärnberg is ranked as a Notable practitioner in IFLR1000, a Green Ambassador and Next Generation Partner in Legal 500 and is appraised for leading complex transactions in a structured and knowledgeable manner with an energetic drive.
