As a Partner in the M&A and Private Equity team at BAHR, Karl Klackenberg represents private equity firms and financial sponsors in all forms of cross-border leveraged M&A and portfolio transactions. Karl also has vast experience advising on carve-outs, joint ventures, minority investments, and similar complex transaction structures.
Karl has previously worked as an M&A and private equity lawyer at Vinge in Stockholm.
In addition, Karl has also added international experience as a foreign attorney in the M&A department of Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York – and as a secondee at the private equity firm EQT in Stockholm.
