Kristoffer is a partner in BAHR’s Finance practice group focusing on banking and finance and debt capital markets.

His work spans the full financing spectrum, from acquisition and leveraged finance to asset-backed lending, project and real estate finance, bond issues and restructurings, representing banks, debt funds, private equity sponsors, real estate funds and corporates, often on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional deals.

In addition, Kristoffer advises financial institutions, investment firms, asset managers and other market participants on a broad range of financial regulatory matters, including licensing and authorisation, fund and asset management regulation, conduct of business requirements, and payments and fintech regulation.
