Lars Gunnar Aas focuses on mergers and acquisitions and private equity. As part of the Technology practice group, he regularly advises on cross-border and domestic transactions, strategic investments and partnerships, where he assists funds and sponsors, industrial clients and investors, with a particular focus on technology and knowledge-intensive industries and the renewable energy sector. He also has considerable experience in securities matters and financial regulatory matters, as well as acquisition financing.
