His expertise and experience includes tax and corporate engineering of transaction structures and restructurings, both domestically and internationally, as well as financing structures, management incentive programs, private M&A and the special tax regime for aquaculture. Morten also assists with complaints and legal proceedings against the tax authorities. He also advises high net worth individuals and their family offices. ​
