Ola is a partner in the dispute resolution practice group. He has extensive experience as counsel for corporate clients before civil and administrative courts as well as Swedish and international arbitration tribunals (under all major arbitral rules as well as in ad hoc proceedings). He is regularly engaged as an arbitrator. Ola is particularly experienced in disputes relating to M&A transactions, shareholder disputes, management of assets, financial instruments, supply agreements, IT contracts, audit and director liability, telecommunications and intellectual property.​

Ola has been a lawyer since 1994. Prior to becoming a partner in BAHR in 2025, Ola was a partner in several Swedish law firms since 2001.
