Rasmus’ principal areas of work are within private M&A (private equity and corporate clients) and venture capital.

Rasmus has extensive experience in M&A transactions with a special focus on representing private equity and corporate clients, and he has worked for many of the world’s leading financial sponsors, including Archimed, Adelis, Norvestor, FSN Capital, Partners Group, IK Partners, Triton, Nordic Capital, Polaris, Axcel and Battery Ventures, and some of the largest Nordic corporate clients, including DSV, Caverion, Nilfisk, NKT and Royal Unibrew. He is among the most active M&A lawyers in Denmark in the past 10 years according to Mergermarket. Rasmus has a strong international focus, and he has previously worked as associate general counsel with world leading professional cleaning solutions & services company Nilfisk A/S listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen as responsible for M&A and capital markets.

Rasmus is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Copenhagen from 2011, and he also holds a graduate degree in business administration and commercial laws from Aarhus School of Business, Aarhus University. Rasmus is co-writer to the capital markets chapter of “Erhvervsstrafferetten” (corporate criminal law). He is a frequently used public speaker on subjects related to M&A.
