Trond Lingaas is a Specialist Partner in BAHR’s Energy and Climate Change group. Trond Lingaas advises energy-related clients, with particular emphasis on the petroleum sector. His special expertise includes share and asset transactions, integration projects, industry contracts, contract negotiations, regulatory issues, government relations and projects.

He has extensive experience from domestic and international energy transactions and has advised on many of the largest and most complex oil and gas transactions in Norway. Trond also works with disputes, infrastructure transactions and carbon capture and storage. He also has in-house experience with upstream oil and gas activities through secondments to the legal departments of Total E&P Norge AS and BP Norge AS.

He is highlighted as a “Next Generation Partner” in Legal 500 due to his work. Trond also initiated and heads BAHR’s AI Forum, a meeting place for knowledge exchange within artificial intelligence and legal services.
