Vibeke is a specialist partner in BAHR’s Asset Management & Private Equity practice group currently consisting of 25+ lawyers specialising in asset management.
Vibeke holds wide experience with establishment and structuring of all types of investment funds and structures in Norway and abroad (Ireland, Luxembourg etc.). This includes open-ended and closed-ended structures, UCITS, alternative investment funds, joint ventures,, club deals etc.
Vibeke is considered to be one of the leading regulatory experts in the Norwegian asset management industry and continuously advises asset managers on all parts of their operations. Vibeke has served on the boards of several asset managers and is frequently used as a speaker at asset management events.
Vibeke also has considerable experience with regulatory matters for investment firms.
