2025 edition of the Norwegian Private M&A Survey published

BAHR has just published the 2025 edition of the Norwegian Private M&A Survey, which contains a comprehensive analysis of key terms and market trends in the Norwegian M&A market.

The survey is based on statistical analysis and insights from over 260 sale and purchase agreements (SPAs) signed in recent years by a party represented by BAHR and has been further expanded with W&I specific analysis.
