BAHR contributes to the 1st edition of The Securitisation Law Review

Markus Nilssen, partner at BAHR, and Harald Haugli Trosdahl, former Senior Associate at BAHR, have contributed to the 1^st edition of the The Securitisation Law Review by writing the Norway chapter.

The purpose of the inaugural edition of The Securitisation Law Review is to provide securitisation attorneys, borrowers, lenders and other market participants with insight into a sample of structural frameworks and regulatory issues surrounding the industry in a broad array of jurisdictions.
