BAHR-associate Fujan Parsa wins mock trial competition for young IP lawyers from all over Europe

Congratulations to our associate Fujan Parsa who was awarded first place in the annual Young EPLAW mock trial competition! The competition is part of the Young EPLAW conference in Brussels that takes place every spring, for young IP lawyers from all over Europe.

The race was very close, and Fujan impressed the panel with a very structured and well-prepared oral pleading during which she managed to address the many legal questions raised in the case in a convincing way.

Fujan is a member of BAHR’s Technology group and her primary focus is on intellectual property rights and life sciences. She assists clients in connection with regulatory matters, protection and enforcement strategies, as well as IP and personal data related transactions. Fujan wrote her master thesis on intellectual property rights and sustainability.
