New BAHR-publication: Oil and Gas in Norway – An introduction

The Norwegian oil and gas industry has placed Norway among the leading energy producers in the world. Crude oil production continues to play an important role, and Norway has also become third largest exporter of natural gas. Norway supplies about 25 per cent of the EU gas demand.

The oil and gas industry is a core focus area for BAHR, and will remain so in the years to come. We have updated our annual overview of the Norwegian regulatory framework for petroleum activities on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, and look forward to a new year supporting our clients in this area.
