• Advising on the NOK 6.5 billion sale of Entra’s entire Trondheims-portfolio to Reitan – the largest acquisition in the Norwegian market so far in 2024. 

• Assisting a Nuveen Real Estate managed fund with the NOK 5 billion purchase and subsequent de-listing of Self Storage Group – this was the largest real estate transaction in Norway in 2023. 

• Advising CBRE Investment Management on the NOK 1 billion sale of Karl Johans gate 12, a landmark high street building located in the bustling heart of Oslo. 

• Assisting Merkantilbygg Holding with the sale of several property companies and portfolios with an aggregate value of more than NOK 2 billion. 

• Assisting Schage Eiendom with the headline development project involving the extension and upgrading of Stortorget 7, a new landmark property in central Oslo, as well as the sale of the property for more than NOK 2.5 billion. 

• Acting as legal counsel to City of Oslo, Department of Water and Sewage on its multi-billion NOK project for developing Oslo’s new reserve water supply. This key public infrastructure project is expected to be completed in 2028. 

• Acting as legal counsel to AVA Eiendom in its development of new premises for Høyskolen Kristiania in Kirkegata 23-25 in Oslo. This complex development project, situated in the city center, is an important step in the revitalization of Oslo’s Kvadraturen area.
